More like talking to herself, but not very quiet, Elaine stood right beneath the door, looking into the bar. Frowning, but with a smile on her face she shook her head.
"What a giant waste of Space!"
Chuckling, the woman finally decided to make some more steps into the room. When looking at her, it would become obvious soon how she did not really care for any preparations on her clothing or anything else before coming here, even if today would be the great opening event. Seeing as, at the end of the day, this place still was on Sabah shipyard, the whole etablissement would soon have to get used to this certain kind of persons - those who just turn up in their flight suits, or in more or less dirty civilian clothing, the hair looking like a place where some birds would happily breed in. And after approximately two hours of shouting at the chief engineer on Sabah for messing up almost every system of the Taxidiotis and a hard day of work Elaine definately came here for the drinks and maybe an entertaining conversation, but not for a gala evening.
With a little sigh she sat down at the bar, quickly looking around. Seemingly, she was a bit early for the party to start. Only the staff and some other folks were here right now, and the Ambrosia was everything but crowded. However, Elaine finally discovered what she was actually looking for: placed at a well visible place there was the drink menu. After examining it for a moment she knocked at the counter to get noticed by the bartender.
"Yo, hey over there. Guess you should advertise your dive a bit more. It's like totally empty by now, even if your drinks might be good! While we're at this topic, how about you hand over one Old Crayter Ale? And shame on you if it's not old, or from Crayter!"
With a wink she again knocks at the counter as if that would enter her order into a computer.
Squished bigly ~Champ- Thanks, you're a champ. "What's the word for when it feels inside your heart that everything in the world is all right?"
