Not necessary.

If people respect you as a leader figure, they will listen.
If they do not respect you, no .kick or .ban or .mute option can make them do what you want.

I am playing for fun. I am not playing to be the boss and to command. If things do not work my way, I either explain why I have a problem (and people understand or do not understand), or I leave the situation.

If you repeatedly have these problems, you likely should question the setup of your group and the player constellations.
