Pob design

here are some designs that were submitted, but the pob concept still needs to mature to make use of more complex stuff

but you see that it is still a work in progress

here is also a bit of explanation about the nature of the pobs

- they should possibly not look too majestic, cause they would shadow the vanilla stations then
- they should not be too large, because players have the freedom to put them in many places -a nd since they expand step by step - we might end up with clipping issues - which doesn t look too good
- they need to be absolutely generic, cause we currently use a "one-design-fits-all"
