Wrong.

The battleships you speak of were STATIONED where they were because of the Donaugh being blown up. They were put there as extra security on the borders, not because of a smuggling op.

The Navy didn't send a fleet of dreadnoughts after one smuggling op.

EDIT: Actually, quite to the contrary, you play as the people who ARE sent to deal with the smuggling op, which are you, in a fighter, and King, in a fighter.
