Why do versions take so long?

You also know well enough what's the reason behind this delay, so for once go blame the ones actually in fault instead of the dev team.

I'm not sure if that's a good idea, because wouldn't that be exactly what they want? Making people go mad and rage?
Don't get me wrong, I don't think that the devs or the admins are to blame, but feeding the trolls isn't the right way either imo.
