Battleship Shock Ray?

Both are awful and have awful names.

What cruiser is going to get within 1500m of a battleship? And/or care about being zapped for 140k once every 12 seconds? Did you mean gunboats?

I kind of like the shock ray's name though.. I was hoping it was going to be some kind of immobilization weapon like I've hinted at giving BS's in the past.
