Because unauthorized access Z21 is illegal both inRP and ooRP, not to mention running frequent traderoutes through the gate is incredibly OOC.

Far as I understand it, trading any goods between Liberty and Rheinland, apart from human cargo (VIP's, Prisoners, Passengers, excludes Slaves) are illegal, and will have you turned around. Failing that, you are at risk of being shot.
However, there is no law against trade between Rheinland and Brettonia, and no law against simply being in a Liberty corporation.
