Oooor if you're asking whether or not your domain (..."vb4g.com"?) should redirect to discoverygc.com.

PS: And I'm also not entirely sure why you're listing a bunch of different programs, programming languages, a database system and a few other things in your post. I'd be more surprised if you didn't have support for any one of those things on your web server, to be honest.
