Chantelle looks at the transmission and thinks to herself 'Typical Bureaucrats! They can't even do their own Jobs correctly so why do they try and tell others how to do their own'.

'How may times have I got to tell them I am a Mademoiselle and not a Madam?' she asks the screen. 'And now they aren't going to pay me any bonuses for all the Trade and Profits I have done for the Company! 'So I haven't flowered up the Reports like that Brown Nose Pierre Duchamps' she shouts at the screen. 'Don't they realise with all the work I do, I don't have time to spend doing all this fancy bullscrap!' Next I suppose they will want fancy ribbons on them? 'Well, they can go to hell with their bonuses'. Who needs them?'

She sits and looks at the screen for a few minutes whilst she calms down. Then she begins to type a reply.

Thank you for the fantastic Bonus. It was totally unexpected. I am sure the crew will also be pleased with their share of it. I will be sure to dock at Roanne, when I have time, to have the necessary repairs done. But until then I will continue to keep the supply routes alive.
