are fighters with spyglass/battleship scanners OORP?

Liberty produces two top secret prototype battleships.

Both were stolen.

2/10 would not build again.

As for spyglass scanner on stuff, no reason to take away toys from people who can afford them. I mean, you are part of the same crowd that believes in the freedom of indies, so why take this away from everybody except those ships Omicron singled out? Doesn't make sense to me. I cant afford them myself.

As I stated up there somewhere, I have absolutely no intention on taking away anyones toys, this thread is about my own piece of mind really and thats as far as I wanted it to go. If people can afford them then im not really bothered if they have them, "knock yourselves out" as the saying goes.

I was planning to upgrade 75th ships with these big scanners to make our scout squadron really "complete", however what i didnt want to happen was to do all that trading, all those runs back and forth collecting 3.5 billion credits just for devs to limit the scanners so our scimitars cant even mount them anyway, so we are left with three dozen useless scanners.

and since Kazinsal has just revealed that hes pushing for this tech to be limited im ALREADY worried about the one Battleship scanner we spent 3-4 months saving up for one we own on our cruiser.
