PS4 / Console rant - feel free to join any way you like

After spending my entire life with Consols I moved to the PC thanks to these.

The XBone and the Piss Poor are a perfect example of a consol generation that has litterally no reason to exist, thier basically last gen consols with actual HD instead of the fake stuff before. Lack of backwards compatability is the final nail, why would I buy an XBox One or a PlayStation 4 if the XBox 360 and PlayStation 3 not only have more, better games on them, but are cheaper as well?

Also Nintendo's experiment of seeing if anyone would buy a consol with no games on it doesn't seem to have fared too well for them. Turns out people arn't too interested in having to use a fat tablet with a 3 hour battery life as a controler. Although everyone having forgotern about the WiiU being a part of this generation can't have helped any.
