Mortars

Yes the mortars do need reduced energy consumption (usage). I think Igiss said he was reducing it but I'm not sure. But yeah the heavy mortars take so much energy i can only shoot 2 torps, but thats fine since they do tons of damage. But the lights were made to be used on gunboats but are too high for it to even shoot once. Lights need slight damage reduction and energy consumption. normal mortars are for cruisers but I havent heard of any complaints about those being to energy consumptious. I might test that sometime.
