The story is amazing.
I have one suggestion, though.
Why not sending the non-military guys, like these apostles to each house?
It won't be a Sirius wide police then.
And concentrate your military forces on one area.

I don't know how to fix this, but I hope you will work on your zoi/ships/weps a bit more.
