Nicely written and well thought out.

Problems with it are:-

Xenos and Farmers alliance factions as neutral, when other pirate groups are listed as unfriendly is more then a little strange. Especially when the xenos have no regard whatsoever for foreign lives and the farmers alliance murder synth food transport crewers.

Mercs also have no regard for human lives, they're just looking for the next pay-day, same with the BHG.

The 'shoot anyone who harms and mistreats other humans' bit when it states earlier you're all psychpaths is totally unbelievable.

Psychopaths love to kill and torture other people, so why would they not like it being done by others?

All they'd do is either get angry that someone else is doing what they believe they should be doing or give them pointers to do a better job.

It's a nice try, but unless you rewrite it/change the faction, which I think would totally change what you want to try and do... don't think it'll work.
