I have one suggestion, though.
Why not sending the non-military guys, like these apostles to each house?
It won't be a Sirius wide police then.

Most of you have seen that we need to put our characters in 'live' first. I tried to write everything as a "final state" so the community could understand what is Agnus Dei. The truth is that i want to make this happen In Game. So yes, we will start only with the religious order (maybe one military ship for escort). We will love to have an agreement with the Rheinland, and we will try to spread slowly, to prove that the lawful forces can find us useful with our words and sometimes with our guns. Let do account ... BU, AFA, LR, XA, and... RFP.... in world, there is always a balance... we want to be a lawful force under control, not a chaotic independant lawful force.

The small matter of different IDs and tags for different parts of the faction is a non-starter I'm afraid.

About ID :
Of course, we will take Military ID and only military ID, and not to fly all over sirius with all military ships. I am perfectly aware that a Bretonian ship cannot go anywhere else than in Bretonia, etc.. If a house grant us a haven, then maybe, they'll find useful to have fanatic pilot ready to risk their live and thus let him fly on their military ships and use their military weapons.
The only ships that we will use do travel through Sirius are the Tiger Hawk, the Armored transport and the IMG gunboat of Ellias which are not strictly house military restricted.

About the IFF tag :
It is the affiliation of the characters a mark of his citizenship and assignement. Meaning if we convert a mollys, he will probably stay in Bretonia, fly a challenger, and try to convert his old brothers that there is another path. His roots are in bretonia so his IFF tag reflect that. HE will NEVER leave bretonia.
But if the community think we need to have only one IFF tag, it will be RM (because the ship will be read as "military-AgnusDei-name" so no more confusion.

About Diplomacy
Perfectly right about Xenos unfriendly (but i met few xeno characters that could be neutral to us) : changed
Right also for AFA until we have a contract with KNF changed
About BHG or merc or pirates, we do not make war to a whole faction but only with those who are "Corrupted". So in the same faction one can be "good" the other "truly evil"; the evil one is Hostile. If a BH prove to be a crazy serial killer sure he will be on our "Corrupted" list.
A corsair can have family; he do not do piracy anytime, if we met a corsair we are not supposed to attack him, we are supposed to tell him that there is another way to help his family. The first could be to join us, redempt, convert and work for the Good.

We are brainwashed to dead, controled by Marie, we are no longer psychopaths. But we do know what "evil" means as we were truly evil.
