Voting process for Citizen Registry

Kaisei Kitamura stood up after speaking to the last members of the sunrise party and approached the podium.

Esteem ministers of our great assembly.We have come a long way in the growth of our government and it is a true honour to stand here with the very first voting of a bill.

With that I am proud to say we of the sunrise party have discussed it and came to a conclusion that we agree to this bill.

Further more I would like to in-courage the proposal Minister Takashi of the DPK gave on the matter of foreign residents and marriage.We should push to welcome people who wishes to become part of our great nation.

Kitamura stepped down and took a seat,Awaiting to see what the rest of the assembly would vote
