Based on Spazzys thread of things that used to be, I got thinking on the civilian cruiser.

Is there any way for this to come back?

What I mean is can we have a civilian cruiser, perhaps gained after lengthy RP, much like a (relaxed) SRP, that some people would gain after lengthy time with a freelancer (or other civilian character).

The other option I had in mind is some kind of gunboat/cruiser hybrid.. Like a BattleCruiser in theory. The initial idea I had was perhaps 4 cruiser standard turrets (2 fore, 2 aft), then a number of gunboat turrets.

These are just some ideas that popped into my head after seeing this previous civilian cruiser. Thoughts, additional ideas, and if possible and Devs and Admins opinions on this ship (class?)
