People afraid of the blue

I don't see why I should allow someone to kill me and claim a blue.
That differs between characters however. My more militaristic characters will usually see a fight until the end.

Talking about more than just bounty hunting. I get that from pirates in NY who run from my navy as well.

OMG. Pirate ran from hostile. Kudos to those pirates, unless they initiated fight themselves.
