Copy pasting the idea of mine from the other thread. There are just so many threads about the issue now.

The incidents are easy to screenshoot and are simple enough. And since the powers would be endowed to a relatively few people, the abuse of the reporting powers would be easily noticed. Anyway LPI and SA should use common sense and judgement case by case.

And give other official house police the same authority.
