Right now I've tried to balance the event time to where it's still available to European players and US players (which seem to be the majority of who will participate). Any sooner/later risks losing one group entirely (or at least, those players from the factions involved in this RP). Would 1 hour earlier make/break your ability to participate?
Also, edited first post to include Cargo suggestions. And yes...lawful/quasi-lawful groups who would benefit from the Summit may seek to participate, although Hogosha may be seen as pushing it, as they are still considered hostile to some Bretonian corps, and really have no direct stake in this Treaty.
