-Can accept and offer bounty contracts from lawful and semi-lawful boards
-Can defend allied ships or attack hostile ID in ZoI
Is not allowed to do the following:
-Can not refuse lawful fines and demands
-Can not carry contraband commodities except if licenced by lawful representatives
