- Can defend itself

Is allowed to do the following within their Zone of Influence (ZOI here):
- Can demand information and/or contraband and levy fines or attack if ships refuse to comply.
- Can attack ships which are in violation of Rheinland laws or belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by Rheinland
- Can defend allied or neutral lawful ships and bases against anyone
- Can escort traders
- Can carry or trade Strudels and Rheinland Coffee

Is not allowed to do the following:
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except justifiable roleplay
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo space.

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers.

(//Strudels and Rheinland Coffee of course don´t exist ingame yet but hey, some goal for perks and our RP. You don´t expect RFP to be eating donuts and drink Sunbucks Coffee, do you? )
