a missile is different than a torp.
from how i understood it back in the day it was like... torps fire only forwards with no tracking but missiles track....

But in today's terms torps are underwater and missile are air....

What I think is that Torps should be like what Cannonballs have been changed to. Fire straight and slow and mostly for things like GB or transport. Nothing above that....

the nova torpedo is for that. Great example for bombers.
