Right so its been a weird day for me(shane) so i was wondering around new york thinking and i came up to the junker base behind manhatten, not really paying attention when a harvester starts attacking me i glance at chat history and there's the statment about zoner detected, harvest iniciated or something like that all correct and proper.

So i blow him away no prob then i get this message from a Kabaal about me distroying the harvester and he opens fire, my shelds are almost gone and i had already used all my batts so i give a warning over comms and return fire now i'm in a cap ship Albatross bc so in nothing flat his shields are gone and he's about to clock out so i cease fire to see if he will flee or surender, he dosent so i open fire again just before he dies i scan him and he's in a mining ship so bang cap ship and freighter/transport rule broken.

the second thing i notice is he has a civilian id and he's above 40(sorry no screenshot) or i'm pretty sure it's civ id just get a flash of it as he dies (medium range fire so i had already stoped fireing but it's time on target. zoner cruiser guns) so second violation.

Am i right or wrong if so and an admin reads this take it as a report please and do your duty and fine or what ever
