Ah, if leader and 2ic, I agree on that. Aside of that, other official faction players cannot boss indies around and indies don't need to follow.
This is what I was told some time ago by an admin (or Angel, can't recall), as I asked on why some people want to stay indies. This is interesting however, because that statement conflicts with the given FR2.
