Nah... Cruise Engine is one thing and Cloak Device is another totally diferent. With the new Cloak Disruptors, Cruise Disruptors should have no effect in Cloak... that mixture just improve (again) all unlawfuls capabilities. They are already too much improved... those small fighters, too much speed, with 2 Cruise diruptors slots, with torpedoes, missiles.... what more do you want?

Cruise Disruptors, for cruises
Cloak Disruptors, for cloaks...

easy than that.... that will be more balanced. Double effect in CD's is abusive i guess
