Well okay.

First time it was a fighter (Carabella) with Outcast ID.
This time a bomber (Praetorian) with Corsair ID.
Here are few images about battaries. I hope now you can really think that it's not okay with snub cloaks?
P.S. first cloak activation after undocking was successfull, and as you can see SS second one wasn't good.

Cloaking device on+time
Cloaking device on for 28 seconds without cloak effect
Proof that cloaking device was activated for all this time
