Who should have access to custom user titles?

The way it stands, a high majority want titles in some form for all users.

and the majority of yes are for titles after conditions are met.

viable, logical procedures have been presented from the pro-title side. no viable and believable counter-arguments have been presented from the anti-side.

Staff, a majority of Disco people have spoken through the poll. they want titles properly back. In this disco age of a more open staff team, listen to the people. and bring them back.

Im not sure if I'd consider ~25 people to be a high majority or even a simple majority in any way.
The way user titles for members have to be dealt with at the moment is just annoying, considering that people do this in their free time without any kind of compensation, they tend to not do annoying things, if they can avoid them.
Some of the suggestions the 'majority' made are just not going to work, while others might be an option.
Guess we can figure something out in regards to this, alternatively, its just going to stay as it is, because user titles are nowhere nearly as important as other things.

remember the zoner cap thread about 'changes' that sprung out of nowhere and the questionable poll interpretation by some staff at that time? Excuse some of us for being skeptical about staff and polls.

That Admins are willing to give it a serious think is a nice thing to hear. GG Pavel for reasonable response.
