I'm for 20k,/each so it would be 20mil in total per 1000 bats. So 12-15 minutes in Kamome.
On the other hand this price would make sense if used on capital ship, 20mil or even 10mil to cloak yourself only for about 2 minutes on snub is way too expensive. I would be ever for higher price for capital cloaking batteries, but snub ones shouldn't cost more than 5mil per 1000 units.
