Greetings my favorite officer of the law!,

How are you? How is your day?
We have not kept much in touch lately though I suppose that can be viewed as a positive thing.

This time, however, we have been behaving and this message is to do with a request I have for the RFP to agree upon and re transmit perhaps to the Rhineland Government.

We would like to ask to rent the lanes of New Berlin for a short while so that they may be closed off for a race event that we would like to organize. We have done so in the past with New York, and so we are wondering if perhaps the Rheinlanders have also a side in them that may be even better than the Libertonians to do with racing, eh?? Am I right?

The lanes in Rheinland, if you will, are in some ways quite supperior to the ones in Liberty. This is why I would like to ask to rent them and have them closed off for a bit for safety reasons.

This is not to say that there are no benefits to Rheinland for this proposition! The race that we would like to organize is a Hegemon race from re-purposed Hegemons. We are inviting all corporations that can and want to participate which means, ka-ching!, you will be having lots of businessmen representatives in New Berlin to advertise to and get sponsors and such! Think of it as a kind of ... business opportunity... maybe even a great time to showcase the RFP's skill in upholding the law? In any case, we will be accepting sponsors for the race event and in exchange we will advertise whatever anyone wishes during the event.

We are also willing to pay for all this renting. I suppose 100,000,000 credits would be enough for this to take place? Since the lanes will be closed you may think this effects trading in New Berlin but do realise the trading corporations will be there for the event... so this means it wont be such an effect as you may think!

Please think about it and let me know if you would agree and give it a go! We can also give additional information about how previous Hegemon Races have been so that you may see there is no real harm and damage.

Consider this too... a little bit of community service as well as a great opportunity.
