Allowing base to have more than two weapon platforms means it will turn into quite heavily fortified place. Thus such permission is given only to really trustworthy parties, mainly Rheinland corporations or law enforcement authorities. Fourth, we want your detailed curriculum vitae, which will be then verified thoroughly. I think I don´t have to say that the more detailed it will be with data about you and your family, the higher chance for permission.
