Greetings Comm !

I would like to see it if they make Helium mineable only by "Pure Miners" like the Ore`s and Prem Scrap. Explain: Only Minable with Miner ID/Mining Faction ID, Miner Ships Like Arrastra, Salavager Hegemon and so on. The thing that every ship can mine it with normal Guns make no Sense in my eyes because in the "MainServerActivity"-Time half server goes to Penn and Mine instead of doing Rp or Other things that are more usefull on Disco. And if they make it Miner-Only Mineable would increase the Rp-Thing much i think because the Miner need Escort Ships and so on to Prevent pirate Attacks. Maybe they can increase the Credit-Cashouts then too maybe about 10% / each (Not in Penn :-)).

Hope u understand me and know what i mean :-) . And i think many are agreed to this way too.
