A Change in Zoner Diplomacy?

Zoner ID should be treated as generic as FL ID and people shall understand that they are speaking rather of a social class than a faction.
I see no point in changing the diplomacy of Zoners, because this way one can badly harm someone's RP.

I have to agree here. My zoner from Delta doesn't know much about Gallia or events happening in Liberty and such places. She has nothing to do with Zoners from Freeport-10 or Baffin, because simply she doesn't know what's happening there. Also Zoners on Freeports have different hobbies, like on Ames live Scientists, in Baffin religious Zoners and in Delta Zoners adoring wildlife. That's how I see Zoners. They are different but flying with same banner on their ships, because they share just similar life style.
