A Change in Zoner Diplomacy?

Zoners don't need enemies. In vanilla they are often tolerated by other groups because they are useful to them: they provide services that help to overcome group weaknesses. I would like we keep it that way in disco.

Since zoners are not interested in military conflicts it means the conflict has to be started from the other side. As I see it, zoners would be among the last enemies of AI or the Coalition. Moreover, as already mentioned in the previous posts, zoners are not united and it would not make sense that the global zoner diplomacy includes other hostile entities than nomads
