inRP - Your life is priceless and under death-penalty in this situation even 75-100 M SC might be fair demand
especially if You add to the list worth of cargo, ship and equipment.
However there is actually the unwritten rule that pirates cannot state unreal demands ( formerly under rule 0.0 )
yet this particular situation do not fall into such description. Since such might be used / sanctionable when eg.
pirate demand several millions from a under-level player or amount credits which exceed ship, equipment and cargo worth.
