You will find the link here.
To answer your questions very quickly:

-The races take between 15 - 1 hour usually. This measurement is based on the route around New York and is very general. In short, 1 hour would be the general time we need.
-The ships racing and intercepting have no armor used. The Hegemons additionally have no Sheild as well. The only weapons allowed are mines and CDs. Repair ships are stationed in the starting area to repair damaged craft.
-The club is ready to pay for insurance for the races including any damage that may happen. We have previously paid 100 million to the local police force in New York for such an event.
We also make sure that the racers involved had the appropriate ship requirements and safety equipment in place.
