Your first goal of reestablishing the Rogues is very straightforward and has several paragraphs dedicated to detailing it, but your second goal of expanding Rogue influence (as acknowledged) seems the more complex one and yet has nothing.
Rogues aren't something I am necessarily new at, however, trying to swing things in a different direction (intentionally) is.
am aware it is lacking at the moment, but it is still being worked on as things come up over time. The second one (expanding out) has been intentionally left with almost nothing in it. A nod to the fact it is an intention at some point, but knowing it is a long, long, way off it it was even to be considered..... We are better looking at the first.
Ground work is in place, we can only build on it from here.

I don't know where I stand on that issue, but such expansion could be stimulated by taking the Rogues on a more Vanilla Freelancer route of dealing with Corsairs and Outcasts and not giving over entirely to one or the other.
I know a while back we did move into Kusari for a bit. It would realistically be nothing more than that. We will be looking at the Corsairs as well as Outcasts, variety is always a good thing as far as smuggling goes.

We decided it was time for a change. It is something different, will take time to get use to.

Pirates (in real earth history and in many Discovery factions) tend to be more egalitarian than military folk and on board pirate vessels of old, there were some surprisingly democratic guidelines shared amongst buccaneers.
Rogues aren't pirates
But, point taken. I will look into that

Thank you.

If an unaligned group hires you to pop transports for a quick buck in-game, then calls up to formalize similar agreements on forums, will members of that group be exempted from piracy by your guys?
If we are working with people and profiting off of it, and this (and where we both stand with eachother) was agreed on inRP... I think it would be safe to say they woudnt be a target.
