Don't overdramatize Finn's sentence.
If you know the context to it, I am actually surprised the statement is not a lot harsher.

Furthermore, not every player lost is a real loss. Having hard sanctions and real consequences is something that could actually make this server lose its toxic atmosphere sooner or later. This could translate into a more enjoyable and friendly environment for others to thrive. Things can always be looked at from two sides.

The sentence it's already too dramatic to exaggerate it even more.
If everyone else thinks like Finn and also supports that sentence, then we're not on the good path here at all.
Telling something like that to a small community who offered their time to this game for so many years, is quite rude.
Also, as I said, this isn't a new game where you don't care about players leaving or returning. This is quite an old game and every other player new or old should be encouraged to continue playing it.
If we have such people who think like Finn .... I have no words.
