Well to be honest, as far as i'm personally concerned, civilian weapons should be usable by anyone. They're not overpowered, they're not exclusive and more than likely any civilian weapon can be obtained from your friendly neighbourhood Freeport for x credits from the Zoners (Yes I know the civilian debils are sold at Pueblo and Detroit, but they're civilian and would be available everywhere. Assume the Zoners go there regularly to pick up shipments etc).

Yeah, so the Outcasts and Corsairs have their own shieldbusters, but not class 8. Not their fault, same as it isn't everyone else's fault that there's only one supernova cannon and its built by the Order. But everyone uses it anyway. If you're going to start sanctioning people for using civilian weapons, you might as well start sanctioning people for using the supernova, because that just starts making no sense *shrugs* Just my opinion, for whatever little it might be worth.
