Who can use civilian guns?

We started out OPG Light fighters with the Arwing, but then everyone said it was bugged, and it was unfair to use it, as people cannot see projectiles, or scan your ship, so I ORDERED actually ORDERED that all Arwing be switched for Tiger Shark, thinking I was doing everyone fighting us a favour...

Now people complain that we use the Tiger Shark...
You really need to give TBH more credit, they're not using the Tiger Shark because it's better, they're using it because the Arwing is unfair to it's opponents.

As for the debs, that's something admins need to set a hard rule on, but I think it's a bit unfair for it to be taken away from Corsairs if Outcasts are allowed them..

Outcasts can get them from the Lane Hackers.. And they are all they can use in terms of shieldbusters. Corsairs have very good level 9, as well as level 10 shieldbusters that the Outcasts have no access to. So its not unfair to the least.. Its actually very balanced. By using hostile shieldbusters, the Corsairs are destroying that balance in favor of PvP.

About the Tigershark, get a link to the RP thread between CR and OPG/TBH about the ability to purchase them and I will shut up.
