Also Junkers aren't one faction, and they don't /have/ to look out for other Junkers, they're not all the same people or group, like the Zoners - it's more of a community - but it's more of a decency thing to give Junker 'brothers' a hand. JM doesn't care what Congress does, neither does Congress for JM.
Oh boy, the cherry picking again. By your very same logic, I should be able to kill on sight absolutely anyone without a word as a pirate because I'm a dirty gangster and not a business men, of course I'll want to kill and plunder everyone for money. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. This is a RP server where we're not gangster in real life and we simply RP one in game. As such, this is why we have certain rules pertaining to RP. This is on the same level as "Engaging" and going gung ho weapons hot on everything in sight.
The problem has nothing to do with Junkers Congress not wanting to help other Junkers, hell, I don't think this has ever been mentionned at all by any of us against what's happening right now so I'm really not sure what you're trying to achieve here, you brought up something that has never been brought up before as an issue.
The issue is that a RP happening between two factions that are more or less the same group of players are doing RP behind the scene and the only RP the rest of the community that don't belong to either Junkers Congress or Sirius Rogues see is the part where this random guy has to participate in the "u die now lol" part of the script. Or at least, so says Junkers Congress, who knows if it's a PR Stunt and they're trying to somewhat justify that they're practically double teaming an independant player or there's really something bigger behind the picture.
Regardless of which of the two is true, it still doesn't change what is happening right now. Huge RP story in the making or not, as of now, absolutely no RP has been established about it outside of the Junkers Congress and Sirius Rogues own minds and Skype groups so it's really not reasonable to just expect us to accept it and go with it because we were told "Well, maybe we have a huge RP story, maybe we don't. We say we do but you can't know for sure but you'll accept that, right?"
In fact, I hadn't a single clue that Rogues and Junkers were even on shaky grounds to one another until like 30 minutes ago. Now I'm suddenly supposed to believe that this is all good and there's nothing happening that can and will affect the fun of a group of players.
Going back to the issue that you personally brought up about Junkers Congress not caring about other Junkers, if they don't care for other Junkers, why do they get to decide their RP then? As you said, there's not one big group, they're just a bunch of individual groups that happens to be under the same name for simplifcation. In this case, why do they get to choose their RP?
As I said, this is just a show of force to show that the Junkers Congress owns Puerto Rico and they want to keep a monopoly on the system and will resort to underhanded tactics and blatant powergaming to do that just so that their little group of veterans can stay relevant at the expense of everyone else that's not part of them.
Maybe it's not too and they really have something in store. Point is, this was handled absolutely awfully by everyone involved.
