no question there - but i wouldn t like the winning player to activly hunt down the loosing player - just cause he can. for the winner, the looser is dead. no matter what. - if the looser pops up somewhere the winner has business with other than just seeking another fight with the looser, - of course he s up to attack him again - mind, the loosing player should leave the system anyway - as are the rules.

if leaving the system is no option and an engagement is inevitable, the winner can of course attack the looser.

mind, the rules go further than that.... the looser must not meet up with the winner on that char and any other of his chars, - however one can keep track on thta with people with multiple accounts and multiple chars anyway.
