Suggestion: LF-specific cloaks?

I like the idea.

As of now, I think, the cloak duration depends on the weapon energy max? Not sure about that, but I know it's about a minute or two for a fighter.

Cloak MK II Adv. (BS) = 1 Cloak Battery per second, 60 seconds to charge = a bit more than 15 minutes of consecutive cloak
Cloak MK II (GB/CR) = 4 Cloak Batteries per second, 20 seconds to charge = around 4 minutes of consecutive cloak
Cloak MK I (Fighters/Small Gunboats) = 4 Cloak Batteries per second, 10 seconds to charge = also around 4 minutes, however it was only around two minutes a before that patch.
