Please explain to me the logic of Gunboat Guns Currently

Why are you stopping people from using verbs against snubs if they can do it with some skill?
I fought GBs with cerbs as snub and you just need to dodge well. Why do you continue to nerd a gun when someone finds they have become food at it.

It is as if 1 person gets good while others dont and we all get dragged along into a harder version of the gun. This is not only for gb guns but just nerfing in general.

The energy usage for cerbs is so high rich now too. Kinda ridiculous. I dont remember it draining powercore this fast.
