It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Mr. Alec McIntyre of the Perth to the position of Assistant Director of Trade Operations (ADTO). Mr. McIntyre will be our second ADTO and will provide much expanded supervision for our convoys. All traders report directly to him save Mr. Koch, Mr. Idaho, and myself.
