Nomad NPC cruisers in omega 3?

The spawns are ok I guess, but even better would be to have areas that are difficult to access because of CDing npcs (fighters, bombers, and some caps), that also drop valuable loot like nomad remains or something similar. Kind of like the nomads worlds used to be (or maybe it was already reverted back? havent played there in a long time). It's better to have something permanent that people can always go to, than having to look/wait for random spawns.
