Clerk shook his head and the duck left.

The day after about the same time The duck entered the store and looked up at the clerk.

HEY YOU GOT ANY WALNUTS?

No. said the clerk.

The duck waddled out the door and down the street.

The next day. The duck appeared again and AGAIN asked..

YOU GOT ANY WALNUTS BUDDY?

Clerk was annoyed.

The clerk was enjoying the last few hours of his shift the next day.
