I'm curious if an occasional hand spasm counts as or can become the carpal tunnel syndrome since it's muscle vs nerves, but I used to get them when my right hand muscles were in constant contraction from all the intense gaming style that can last a long time (ex. Discovery snub pvp) on top of my boxing sessions where the hand would be fixed with hand wraps as well as contracted and punched towards things. Add wrong hand positioning at the PC (where the wrist itself is taking all the pressure rather than the wrist bone) and I got the spasms. They're completely gone now btw.
