This is an idea that won't last. How do I know? I chaired, for a time, the old Zoner Alliance which acted in good faith much as you are now. It failed. You don't have the slightest clue how to be a Zoner. I've been doing it since day one of this server.

Zoners don't use force to settle disputes. In fact, they fire in defense ONLY and ONLY as the last resort.
Zoners are all over Sirius and even somewhat into Gallia. Each group has it's own problems, its own enemies, all based on where they are and how they work.
You have much to learn but I do wish you luck.

Our members include multi-year commonwealth zoners, OSI zoners, old Phoenix Zoners, and has nobody with under two years on the server.

What is highly improbable about a well-armed charity providing indiscriminate not-for-profit escort services in NFZs and the Edge Worlds? 'No True Zoner'?

It's taken as improbable by many people because the very idea of being a Zoner and initiating a war to not go together. Zoners are neutral entities, welcoming to (almost) all so long as no one fights. When there are fights Zoners shoo them away, however when an installation in a now remote center-sector system like Bering, it wouldn't be like the Zoners to simple attack a system, especially since the Freeport was more or less abandoned by Zoners, not invaded and it's Zoner masters killed.
