Greetings Director,

I am very pleased to see that your organisation is doing OK but you found yourself on dry land. However, this may cheer you up.

As you know, ISE is the main shipping company in the Crayterian Space. We take care of delivery of goods between our Colonies and Projects, we support the Fleet and the Citizens alike.

With the increased territorial space and also the increase of the Republic projects, our shipping lines are currently stretch thin and we can barely maintain our domestic transports in check, and we lack the power to import from the Houses the goods we require.

Nevertheless, I must fix this situation and I remember the work we done, and how you won my admiration.

So, my proposal is this. I am willing to sell to DSS 49% of the Company shares, making you part of the Shipping Company that Republic uses. You shall have access to our stations and deals, being the face of ISE outside the Republican space, giving you access to Atlas or Celestra ships, having the same rights and responsibilities as any Crayterian Resident as you need and your obligation would be to provide for the Republic needs, by completing certain tasks.

Do not have to worry about the internal shipping, as we will take care of that.
